A Joke by Yavuz Selim ABAT:
A Turkish man who was driving home one night, hit a car driven by an English man. The Turkish man got out of the car to apologize and offered the English man a drink from a bottle of whisky. The English man was glad to have a drink. “Go on!”, said the Turkish man, “Have another drink!”. The English man said gratefully “But don’t you want one?”
“Perhaps…”, replied the Turkish man, “after the police have gone!”
A Story by Burçin:
Once upon a time, there was a huge palace in the middle of an island. The island was full of trees. A man whose name was MAN C protected the forest from the evil. The owner of the palace had a daughter who was a little princess. One day, she was going for a walk when the MAN C saw her. He began thinking “She is such a beautiful girl. Her hair is like curly macaronni. Her eyes are like a deep sea. If we came face to face with her, I could lose myself in her eyes.” The little princess saw MAN C and she thought his head was like a mirror. He is strong like a bear and gracious like a swan. After all this, he wanted to get married to her but the princess father didn’t let them marry. They escaped together because they wanted to live together to the end of the world. They built a tree house and they lived happily ever after.
